How to control blood sugar better through sports
Sport is one of the effective ways for patients with diabetes to manage blood sugar. Appropriate motion not only helps to control weight, but also increases body sensitivity to insulin, making blood sugar more easily absorbed into the body.
For people with diabetes, the right way to exercise can lead to significant health improvements. First, people with diabetes should choose the type of sport that suits them. Aerobics is one of the most recommended forms, including walking, swimming and cycling.
