Antibacterial products are not “cardials”: don’t be misled.

At a time when health anxiety is spreading, anti-bacterial products are favoured, and some even believe that the frequent use of anti-bacterial products can prevent cardiovascular disease, as if a shortcut had been found against the disease. However, this is a mistake, and today we come to the truth.

Antibacterial products are widely available in everyday life, ranging from hand-washing fluids to detergents to clothing disinfectants. They do reduce to some extent the growth and spread of the disease around them, such as antibacterium hand-washing, which effectively removes pathogenic microorganisms such as coli and yellow grapes on hand, and reduces the risk of hand-infection; antibacterial bacterium purification inhibits the surface bacterial reproduction of the meal and protects dietary health. On the surface, a relatively clean environment appears to have been created, with an additional protection for health.

However, the causes of cardiovascular diseases are extremely complex and have little to do with the use of antibacterial products. Cardiovascular diseases include, inter alia, coronary heart disease, hypertension and cardiac disorders, the root causes of which are the combination of adverse lifestyles and inherent physiological changes in the body. Long-term high-salt, fatty and sugar diets result in increased fatty and blood pressure in the blood, leading to severe pressure on the vascular wall, gradual inflexibility and the formation of arterial sclerosis; prolonged sitting, lack of physical activity, reduced blood circulation, increased accumulation of fat, and increased heart burden; smoking and alcohol abuse add to the burden of smoking, and harmful substances such as nicotine and tar in cigarettes cause damage to the inside of the veins of the vein, alcohol-induced blood pressure fluctuations and the root causes of cardiovascular diseases.

Moreover, from a pathological point of view, the mechanism for the functioning of anti-bacterial products is different from that of the cardiovascular system. Antibacterial products are primarily directed at micro-organisms such as bacteria, fungi, and are used for antibacterial purposes by destroying their cell walls, cellular membranes or interfering with their metabolic processes. Cardiovascular disease is caused by abnormalities in the structure and functioning of the heart and the veins, such as the coronary porridge strangulation of the blood vessels, as well as by an ischaemic oxin inoculation, myocardial infarction of myocardial cells, or cardiac disorders. Antibacterial products can neither interfere with lipid metabolism, blood pressure regulation nor repair damaged blood vessels, stabilize heart electrons, and are naturally powerless to prevent cardiovascular diseases.

In addition, overdependence on antibacterial products can have negative effects. The human body itself is a large and delicate ecosystem, with a large number of beneficial microorganisms in the body and body. The normal population of skin surfaces prevents invasive alien bacteria, which intestines facilitate the digestion of food, synthetic vitamins and is involved in the regulation of the immune system. The frequent use of anti-bacterial products, especially powerful broad-spectral anti-bacterial agents, is highly likely to break this balance, to benefit from the loss of the fungi, to breed harmful bacteria, to cause skin allergies, intestinal disorders, etc., and to disrupt the normal functioning of the body and contribute to health.

The effective prevention of cardiovascular diseases also requires a return to scientific correctness. First, the diet has been modified to eat more fresh vegetables, vegetables, whole grains, quality proteins, less salt, oil, sugar, weight control and lower blood resin and blood pressure levels. Second, to maintain moderate motion, aerobics such as walking, jogging, swimming and so on, at least 150 minutes per week, to promote blood circulation and CPR. In addition, the cessation of alcohol and alcohol is intended to avoid continuing harm to the cardiovascular system from poor living habits. Regular medical check-ups are also essential, monitoring indicators such as blood pressure, blood resin and blood sugar, and early detection and intervention to stifle the disease in its infancy.

The frequent use of anti-bacterial products to prevent cardiovascular diseases is unfounded rumours. It is right to leave hope blindly on anti-bacterial products and to keep the heart healthy in a scientific way of life.
