The following measures can be taken to mitigate the symptoms of reduced slabs, coughing of blood and anaemia following advanced chemotherapy for lung cancer:
I. Mitigation methods for reduction of slabs
1. Medicinal treatment: The use of slab-generated agents, a drug that stimulates the multiplication of bone marrow stem cells into giant nuclear cells, thus promoting the slab-generated. It is usually administered by internal injection or intravenous drip, and is used for the treatment of slab reduction due to loss of bone marrow blood function.
2. Blood transfusion treatment: When the slab count is extremely low and there is a risk of haemorrhage, a slab infusion can be made to rapidly increase the slab level, but this is only a temporary relief from symptoms and does not cure the original disease.
3. General treatment: The slab count is closely monitored, and a continuous decline may require an adjustment to the treatment programme. At the same time, the patient is provided with appropriate food supplements, such as red-trees and glue.
II. Mitigating methods of coughing
1. Drug treatment: The use of amniotic drugs, such as amino-alphate, vitamin K and so on, which enhance the functioning of the slabs and stabilize the vascular walls, thus helping to stop the bleeding.
2. Interventional treatment: In the case of severe coughing of blood, bronchial embolism, an intervention radiology technique, can be considered for the control of engraving through the transport of obstructive substances into abnormally expanding bronchial arteries.
3. Palliative treatment: In the late stage of lung cancer, coughing may be caused by tumour attacks on the blood vessels, or may also result in a reduction of the slabs due to a period of chemotherapy inhibition for the patient, at which time, in addition to the above-mentioned measures, there is a need for anti-tumour treatment, such as target treatment, immunotherapy or blood transfusion slab treatment, in order to reduce the burden of the tumour, alleviate the symptoms of coughing and restore the slab of the patient.
III. EFFECTIVE METHODOLOGIES
1. Nutritional support treatment: the provision of a balanced diet or nutritional supplements for patients, such as high protein, high iron and folic acid-rich foods such as skinny meat, eggs, spinach, etc., helps to correct anaemia.
2. Blood transfusion treatment: In cases of severe anaemia, blood transfusion treatment may be considered in order to rapidly increase the number of red cells and improve the delivery of oxygen to tissue organs.
3. Drug treatment: such as the Giftiini tablets, the Erodini tablets, etc., which can disrupt access to specific molecular signals and reduce bone marrow stress effects due to increased tumour load due to genetic mutation, thus improving anaemia.
4. Medical care in China: Based on the body of the patient, the Chinese physician provides a formula for respiratory haematological care, which is used to improve the symptoms of dizziness, insomnia and insomnia of patients with advanced pulmonary cancer, while also helping to improve the overall body ‘ s resilience and to mitigate the side effects of chemotherapy.
