Some of them said that they had had eyeslid surgery and felt the eyebrows coming closer. This statement is both valid and incorrect. It makes sense to say that after the eye-skin surgery, the eyes change, and it creates a delusion. The eyelids you saw before were single eyelids. When you do the eyelids, you see the distance between the eyebrows, possibly between the eyebrows and the edge of the eyebrow.
The eyebrow does not close, it is fixed. Because the muscles between the eyes hold the distance. A small part of the skin may be cut if the eyelids are made, but only if the skin is tightened and the eyebrow is kept constant. It’s like there’s a carpet between two walls, and you cut a big piece of the carpet, but the distance between the walls remains the same.
