Of course, it’s pig oil and coconut oil, because both are saturated fatty acids, are high-temperature, are not oxidized and are not easy to produce trans fatty acids. Trans-fat acid, which many people don’t understand, is more harmful than your ingestion of two or two pounds of saturated fat acid. Modern Chinese cooking with vegetable oil is a complete mistake. Former Chinese cooking with pork oil is correct.Vegetable oil is healthier than animal oil, but only if you can’t buy high-temperature refined vegetable oil!
