Some questions about breast cancer treatment.
Can you reduce the number of breast cancer sessions? After the third-negative breast cancer breast-milk procedure, phase II, and after the surgery, the medical doctor in the therapeutic unit said that 25 treatments would be done. The total dose is 50 Gy, i.e. 50 units, and two units are required 25 times each. Why is it that 50 Gy25 hits are done twice because we’re in the process of doing this whole mammary control, total control, and only after this 25 times, or after this 25 sessions, will the local re-emergence risk be reduced to what we want. At this point, someone’s gonna ask if I can reduce the number. At this point, I’d like to ask a special question, if we’re going to need five pieces of wood to cook and if we’re going to have to cook, can we use four? The answer is yes, no. So 25 sessions of rehab, which is a fixed number, may result in a reduced effect and an increased risk of recurrence in the future. So, it’s unkind in treatment, and we understand it emotionally, but it has to follow the norm 25 times. There’s been a drop in Hashimoto’s nails after the chemotherapy operation. In the process of operating breast cancer, although the number of early patients is relatively high, there will still be local late-stage cases, such as lymphocytes transfer patients requiring treatment, such as breast-pumping patients, such as those with larger swellings and those still requiring treatment. Why is part of the treatment process for this group of patients suffering from tremoritis or hypothyroidism in Hashimoto? This may be due to these points: first, surgery and chemotherapy per se can lead to a low level of immunity of the patient, while Hashimoto thyroiditis is a disease of sterile inflammation caused by low immunity, which leads to a reduced thyroid function. And the second reason is that the patient’s heart is full of anxiety and fear in the course of surgery and chemotherapy, which leads to insomnia and further loss of immunity, leading to thyroid inflammation; and the third point, we all know that in the course of the treatment, we’ll try to cover the thyroid with a lead coat or lead, to prevent radiation damage to the thyroid, but still there will be radioactivity to the thyroid by distillation, with a small absorption, and possibly a reduced thyroid function. Taken together, in the process of treatment, we should maintain a positive mindset, so that our body’s immunity can be restored as soon as possible and, as soon as it emerges, we should seek some adjustment or treatment from the relevant specialist to help you get through it.
