Ms. Lee, 59 years old, had had to pee in 2018, tried to pee many times or couldn’t do it, had to pee more during the night than during the day, and the local hospital had no good way of doing it. When Ms. Lee learned, it scared her and wondered if she had to put a piss bag on her body and that she could not accept that life.

In order to obtain further medical attention, she found Professor Lee Xudong of the Centre for the Control of Underground Diseases and Neurologic Diseases of the Siamese Auxiliary Hospital, confirmed as the “Neurogenic bladder” Institute and recommended treatment for cystological management.

Neural bladders, cysts are hope!

Prof. Lee described “Neurogenic bladders as one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes, frequent urination and urination disorders, as well as a series of urination pathologies and complications, consistent with her symptoms, which, in addition to the need to perform a B super-test of residual urine, combined with a urine kinetic examination, can be concluded to be neuroactive bladders, which can now improve the quality of life of the patient by improving the quality of urination through ecstasy regulation”.

vesico-fistula is the method of placing a vesico-ductive tube inside the bladder through the lower abdomen, extracting urine from the vesico-fistula, and the person needs to wear a pocket to collect urine. This method, which is usually last in case of patients with urination difficulties, is recommended to conduct an assessment of video-pee power, to determine the type of bladder, to develop a programme for intermittent urine; and to set up a method for the retention of urine. With regard to Ms. Lee ‘ s condition, it is not recommended that the fistula she described earlier could be combined with intermittently induced urine treatment.

Two years after the surgery, she was reviewed and told that she had been able to pee on her own all the time, that she did not need to pee, that it was not as difficult as before, that she was not taking medicine, and that she had a good night’s sleep and could live a normal life as a normal person.
