“Beware of a healthy life.”

In our lives, Vigilance, Guardian of Healthy Life, there is a disease that often causes enormous suffering and distress to people by accident. That name may sound strange, but it’s not far from us. It’s also called a stroke in the brain, like a health killer who hides behind us. Imagine our bodies are like a sophisticated machine, and the brain is the control center. It was like a sudden storm in the head that struck the control centre, causing serious problems in the functioning of the machine. So, what’s going on in the head? In short, there’s a problem with the brain’s blood supply. It’s like the pipe that feeds the brain is blocked or broken. If the pipe is blocked and the brain does not have enough blood and oxygen, it happens in the ischaemic brain; if the pipe breaks and the blood flows to the wrong place, it happens in the hemorrhagic brain. Why do you have to think about it? There are many reasons for this. First, high blood pressure, high blood resin and high blood sugar are “three heights” that are important risk factors in the brain. Like three little demons in their bodies, if they are not contained, they will quietly destroy our veins and increase the risk in their minds. Secondly, smoking and drinking are not good habits. Harmful substances in cigarettes narrow and harden the veins, while alcohol stimulates the veins and makes them vulnerable. Also, unhealthy diets, such as eating too much greasy, salty food, lack of exercise, chronic stress, etc., may also lead to trouble in the mind. So, how do you know if you’re in the head? There’s a simple way to remember the FAST. “F” represents the face (Face) to see if the face is crooked and the face on both sides is symmetrical; “A” represents the arm (Arm), lifts two arms, to see whether one side is weak; “S” represents the speech (Speech), whether it is clear or not; and “T” represents the time (Time), if any of the above is found, the time to call the first aid phone is life. What if you’re unlucky? First of all, we have to get to the hospital as soon as possible. Doctors will provide timely treatment based on the condition and minimize brain damage. Rehabilitation is also very important after treatment. Just as wounded machines need to be repaired and debugged, patients need to be rehabilitated through rehabilitation training. This may take a long time and patience, but there is hope as long as it continues. In order to prevent the brain, we can start with small things in everyday life. Maintain a healthy diet, with more vegetables, fruits, whole grains and less greasy and salty food. Appropriate exercise, such as walking, running, swimming, etc., keeps the body alive. Stop drinking and stay away from bad habits. Periodic medical examinations are conducted to detect and control diseases such as the “three-high” in a timely manner. Maintain a good mind and avoid long-term stress. In short, we are not powerless, though terrible in our minds. It can be effectively prevented as long as we understand it and value it, starting with the drops in life. Let us act together, watch out for our healthy lives. Hemorrhagic brain, ischaemic brain.
