After 80 years of self-rehabilitation: pen pals, paper mail, 00: All I know is, “Scrambling.”

After 80 years of self-rehabilitation: pen pals, paper mail, 00: All I know is, “Scrambling.”

What do you know about self-rehabilitation? Are you 70, 80, after 90?

I remember giving students a course on psychological communication and suddenly unwittingly revealing their age. I said, “When I was your age, our student time was to send mail to China Post, make pen friends.”

Then, a group of post-00 students looked at me like an alien and asked, “What kind of ghost is a Chinese postal and pen friend?”

I was shocked a while ago.

In this class, I also brought together students to remember our youth:

In the 1970s and 1980s, the Internet had not yet emerged, and the most modest way to heal ourselves was to borrow books, to borrow magazines and to make pen pals.

At that time, not too many people had spent a few dozen dollars on a book, either sitting in Xinhua bookstore, squeezing air conditioning, squeezing free of charge, or a few dozen dollars on an annual or monthly card for a rental book, i.e., between 1 and 5 cents.

Advertising at the time, in addition to the traditional media of television, was the publication of a variety of small advertisements on the header of every page of a novel magazine, acoustics and readers. Of course, there will be a mail address left by a pen friend.

Readers can quickly write to each other through the mail address of their pen pals, then post stamps and send mail to China Post. Next, there was an expectation of an answer.

Even when you don’t see each other for years or decades, people are less well-developed in terms of transport, networks and communications, and are relatively simple. I’m just trying to find a friend who hasn’t met yet but who knows each other.

We were, then, interesting and full of romance and mystery.

In those days, there was no today’s delivery, and it was really called slow delivery. In addition, only one of them, called the Chinese Post.

In fact, the Chinese postal service is still there, but most of it is not known. Even when they see the green post office, the mailbox, they don’t know what to do.

And we were still in the mail phase. Ping mail usually takes seven days to mail to the other party, waiting for another 14 days at the earliest, and sometimes a month or more.

The cost of stamps is super cheap. It’s about 50 cents to a dollar, and it’s a long way away.

Although this mode of slow living communication is very slow, it gives people room to wait and to think. Moreover, people in those years didn’t have much thought, and most of the pens were of high quality.

With the rise of the Internet, the mysterious colour of pen pals is being replaced by a fast-paced lifestyle of Internet shaking, floating bottles, big dating websites, meeting and trading.

Even after a while of e-mailing, you are now too lazy to watch the circle of friends. Don’t talk about meet-ups. Some people don’t even pick up phones.

Times make us faster, but at the same time make us more lazy to socialize, less to wait, less to expect, more mysterious and better to be innocent.

All self-rehabilitation methods and the fastest and most effective methods for strangers after 0000 are nothing less than shaking, strangeness or, by far, a changed nature of cycling, hooping and fishing.

There’s only one smile.

I wonder if it’s time to be more sophisticated, to be smarter, or to be more modest. People don’t believe in beauty.

Delivery is now almost an indispensable way to connect to everyone.

Three days, 80 days after we’ve been waiting for 30 days, but after 00, perhaps they want to be faster, faster, faster, faster…

So, there’s a group, there’s an X, but we’re still slow.

So, there’s the prefabricated.

Yeah, everything’s going so fast, but it seems like something’s wrong…

I have a lot of visitors after 80, 90, 00: I want to heal myself. What can I do?

They didn’t wait for me to talk. They did.

Copying books, doing DIY manual, growing fish, yoga, traveling…

But they are still unhappy.

I want to say that what really makes you happy is never how fast the times have become because of what you did.

It’s…

You’ve changed…

Isn’t there a time when we can stop and see what the older ones were doing?

Isn’t there a time when we can stop and remember what our childhood was doing?

And today, it looks like the tourists are traveling, the circle of friends is up and down, and the children are full of a chess book.

However, every Monday-day dinner, even a double break, I don’t see a playboy downstairs in the neighborhood.

I asked the neighbors: where are the kids?

Neighbors say, “We’re all in interest classes, tutoring classes…

That day, I threw a sugar on the side of the road, and the children of the neighbor looked at the ants and looked at them and said to me, “Aunt, wow, amazing, so many ants! Have fun!”

I couldn’t help but laugh, but my heart was stinging. You haven’t seen this before, have you?

“Yes,” the little one nods.

I left, the neighbours left, and I was standing at the top of the bridge, unlike before, in the water, and the old people and the children of the neighborhood were hanging out in groups.

And on the bridge of my vision, there’s only an ant-crewed cars rushing home.

The number of car buyers is now almost universal in every household, and the families are small homes. After 80 years of hard work, it’s hard enough.

However, the happiness index does not have many of us in our youth.

Why do you say that?
