Dear friends, hello!
Today, let’s talk about a familiar subject — heart disorder. You may have heard that word, but you know what it means to our health? Don’t worry, today we’re going to do it in the most friendly and comprehensible way we can, together, with the mysterious veil of happy laws.
What’s a heart disorder?
First of all, let’s define the heart disorder. Our heart is like a fine clock, beating 60-100 times a minute, which is normal heart rate. Sometimes, however, the clock is “not allowed to go”, beating too fast, too slow or irregular, and that’s heart failure.
What’s the effect of heart disorders on us?
Heart failure does not sound like a big problem, but it may affect our daily lives. A slight heart disorder may simply cause us to feel an accelerated or irregular heart rate, but a severe heart disorder may cause fainting, chest pain and even heart failure.
The point is, how do we prevent heart disorder? In fact, many methods are hidden in our daily lives, and I have listed the following recommendations:
1. Healthy diet: A reasonable diet is an important part of lifestyle management, with food diversity, low sugar, low fat and light diets for heart patients and non-fried cooking methods such as cooking and steam. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, reduce fat and sugary foods and maintain a balanced diet. In order to prevent cardiac disorders, it is important that the diet is mainly ablaze and digestive, such as very sticky foods, too sweet, too salty, fried food without eating too much animal organs, pine eggs and too much tea.
2. Motivation: Medium-intensity exercise of at least 150 minutes per week, be it yoga, tao boxing, jogging, swimming, walking or some other way of exercise, can perform a physical adjustment, and exercise time is contained in about half an hour per day, which can enhance the body ‘ s functioning and ease the feeling of physical fatigue in order to protect the heart.
3. Prohibition of alcohol: Tobacco and overdrinking can have a negative impact on the heart, so it can be avoided.
4. Managing stress: Long-term stress, insomnia and anxiety can also lead to arrhythmia, with meditation, yoga or simple deep-breath exercises to relax.
Periodic medical examinations: periodic visits to the hospital to examine the EKG and to detect and address the problem of heart disorders in a timely manner.
6. Normal living: Ensuring a good standard of living, with approximately seven or eight hours of sleep per day, improving their physical condition, and only when they are well resting, some organs, such as the heart, can be adequately rested and can acquire sufficient energy, which can also make the organ tissue healthier.
Heart failure is not scary, although it sounds a little scary, but remember that most heart disorders are harmless and in many cases can be controlled by changing lifestyles. If you feel your heart beat irregularly or if you feel any discomfort, please consult a doctor.
My dear friends, heart failure is not an invincible enemy. By understanding it and becoming familiar with it, we can take better care of our hearts and embrace a healthier life. Healthy lifestyles are our best defence weapon. Let’s work together for a stronger heart, for a better life!
Heart failure.
