As a doctor, I am aware of the serious threat that breast cancer poses to women ‘ s health. Every year, a large number of women around the world are diagnosed with breast cancer, a disease that not only inflicts great suffering on their bodies but also places a heavy burden on their psychological and family well-being. It is therefore essential to increase knowledge about breast cancer and to increase women ‘ s awareness of prevention and early detection. Breast cancer is a malignant neoplasm occurring in breast tissue, with complex causes, closely related to genetic, hormone-level and lifestyle factors. Women with a family history of breast cancer are at relatively high risk. Long-term exposure to estrogen conditions, such as the premature onset of menstruation, late menopausal age, unbirthal or early birth, also increases the incidence of disease. In addition, unhealthy lifestyles, such as chronic alcohol consumption, smoking, high-fat diets and lack of exercise, should not be overlooked. Early symptoms of breast cancer are often invisible and easily neglected. Some of the patients may feel painless swelling in their breasts, be hard, have unclear borders and have poor activity. There are also cases of breast-leaving fluids, which may be blood, plasma or water samples. Breast skin changes, such as orange skin appearances, nipple insulation, etc., are also important signs of breast cancer. If a woman finds these anomalies in her breasts, she should be examined in a timely manner. For breast cancer diagnosis, doctors usually use a combination of methods. Breast ultrasound, which applies to young women and to the incisive breast, clearly shows the structure of mammograms and the form of swelling; mammograms X-line examinations have a high sensitivity to the discovery of microcalcified stoves and are of great value for early detection of breast cancer; mammograms (MRI) allow for a more accurate assessment of the size, extent and relationship of the tumor to the surrounding tissue. If necessary, a stabbing biopsy is carried out and tissue specimens are obtained for a specific diagnosis. To prevent breast cancer, female friends have to develop good habits. Maintaining healthy weight and avoiding over-obeseness; maintaining a modest exercise of at least 150 minutes per week with a moderate aerobic strength; reducing alcohol intake and as much as possible cessation of smoking; balancing diets with more fresh vegetables and fruits and whole grains and less fat and high-heat food. The breast self-inspection is carried out on a regular basis and is recommended to be carried out on a monthly basis for 7 – 10 days after the end of menstruation. At the same time, special breast examinations are conducted on a regular basis, women under 40 years of age undergo an annual breast ultrasound examination and women over 40 undergo an annual mammogram and molybdenum-target X-line examination. Breast cancer, though terrible, is not invincible. If early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are available, the curing rate of breast cancer will increase significantly. Women ‘ s friends in general need to increase their self-health awareness, focus on breast health, and actively prevent breast cancer, so that the flower of life becomes more colorful.
