We will grow up with developmental trauma: being overprotected, neglected, abused or even abandoned. The healing of developmental trauma is a difficult but accessible process. Before healing, there must be a clarification and understanding, from cognitive to physical. Then there was a loss and sadness; the see, the see. The part that is lost and given is long groaning until it is satisfied and landed. At this juncture, there will be deep faces and deep sorrow, mourning for self-emergence, and an end to hate, no longer expecting the perfect and all-powerful delivery of the breadwinner. When the mourning is over, you see yourself, you comfort yourself, you have the power to accompany and link life. Return to self, understand and believe that I am full and live in peace.
