Watch out for breast cancer

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in Chinese women, and its incidence ranks first among female malignant tumors, which is increasing year by year and has a younger trend. The incidence of breast cancer is increasing year by year. The number of breast cancer patients in China has reached more than 1 million, and the number of new breast cancer cases in one year is more than 300,000, which means that more than 300,000 families will suffer from cancer. The increasing incidence of breast cancer is closely related to the improvement of people’s living standards, the change of diet and nutrition structure, the increase of life pressure and the deterioration of the environment. Talk about cancer discoloration, avoid medical treatment, leading to many patients in clinical practice, when they come to see a doctor, they are already in the middle and late stages of breast cancer, which not only brings difficulties to treatment, but also reduces the survival rate. Therefore, we should take the initiative to attack. The first step is to correctly understand breast cancer. Breast cancer often has no obvious clinical signs and symptoms in the early stage. 80% of patients go to see a doctor because of breast mass. Other symptoms include nipple discharge, nipple depression, “orange peel disease”, “dimple disease”, axillary lymph node enlargement, etc. In the late stage, multiple organ lesions may occur due to distant metastasis of cancer cells. The second step is early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment and regular breast examination. Breast examination includes physical examination, B ultrasound, molybdenum target and so on. If we can achieve “three early”, most breast cancer can be cured, and some patients can avoid being removed from the breast. The third step is to get out of the misunderstanding that without family history, breast cancer will not occur. Most breast cancer patients do not have family history. There are many factors leading to breast disease, and family history is only one of the high-risk factors. What are the high risk factors of breast cancer? 1. Heredity and family history of breast cancer: Family history refers to breast cancer in a first-degree relative (mother, daughter, sister), whose risk of breast cancer is twice that of the general population. If two first-degree relatives have breast cancer, the risk of breast cancer increases by five times. 2. Breast glands are denser. 3. The influence of estrogen. 4. Exposure to ionizing radiation: especially for women with excessive chest radiation exposure due to other diseases. 5. Obesity: Obesity can affect hormone levels and increase the risk of morbidity of breast cancer. 6. Alcohol consumption: The relationship between alcohol intake and breast cancer has been more consistently confirmed, affecting hormone levels as well as obesity. 7. Fertility factors: no childbearing, late childbearing age, and no breast-feeding after childbirth. 8. Age: The morbidity factors of breast cancer will increase with age, especially for women around menopause. 9. History of breast diseases: Women with some benign breast diseases, atypical hyperplasia and breast cancer on one side have an increased risk of breast cancer on the other side, and have a history of breast surgery. 10. Bad living habits: staying up late, long-term lack of physical exercise, negative emotions, and inappropriate cooking methods. The second mistake is that women with large breasts are more likely to get breast cancer. Breast disease is related to glandular tissue, not to breast size, and there is no clear association between the two.
