Cervical erosion is a problem that many women may face if they
are hpv6 positive. HPV, or human papillomavirus, is a common sexually transmitted virus, and cervical erosion is a pathological change in the cervix. When both are present at the same time, it may increase women’s health risks, so it is particularly important to understand and deal with this situation properly.

First of all, we need to make it clear that HPV6 positive is not the same as cervical cancer. There are many types of HPV, among which HPV 6 is a low-risk type, which is relatively less related to the occurrence of cervical cancer. However, this does not mean that its existence can be ignored. HPV infection may lead to a series of changes in the cervix, including cervical erosion. Cervical erosion refers to a state of thinning and bleeding of cervical epithelial tissue, which may be caused by many factors, including HPV infection.
When HPV6 is positive and accompanied by cervical erosion, female friends need not panic too much, but they should not be taken lightly. First, regular gynecological examinations, including HPV testing and cervical cytology, are recommended to detect and monitor changes in the condition. At the same time, doctors may make individualized treatment plans according to specific conditions.
For HPV6 positive, enhancing immunity is the key. Maintaining good living habits, including reasonable diet, adequate sleep and moderate exercise, can help improve immunity, thus helping the body to eliminate viruses. In addition, avoiding unclean sexual behavior and reducing the number of sexual partners are also important measures to prevent HPV infection.
For cervical erosion, the treatment varies from individual to individual. Mild cervical erosion may not require special treatment, but regular observation. For moderate to severe cervical erosion, the doctor may recommend medication, physical therapy, or surgery. In the course of treatment, patients should actively cooperate with the doctor’s advice, maintain a good mentality and living habits, in order to promote rehabilitation.
Then, it is important to emphasize that prevention is always better than cure. HPV vaccination is one of the effective means to prevent HPV infection. Vaccines can stimulate the body to produce antibodies against HPV, thus preventing the occurrence of HPV infection and related diseases. Therefore, it is recommended that eligible women be vaccinated against HPV as early as possible to reduce the risk of infection.
In a word, HPV6 positive and cervical erosion is a problem that needs attention, but there is no need to panic too much. Through regular examination, active treatment and good living habits, we can effectively maintain women’s reproductive health. At the same time, prevention is always better than treatment, so it is suggested that female friends pay attention to HPV vaccination.

Nanjing Youjia Viral Verruca Medical Research Institute published a research paper in the Academic Journal of Chinese Sexology 2021: a case report
of a new external washing therapy for condyloma acuminatum in children
[Abstract] The incidence of condyloma acuminatum in children is on the rise. This study introduces an attempt to use a patented Chinese medicine prescription for external washing. The patient was a 4-year-old patient with perianal condyloma acuminatum. Syphilis and HIV infection were excluded. Human papillomavirus 6 (HPV 6) infection was positive. Pathological examination confirmed that it was consistent with the changes of condyloma acuminatum. The traditional Chinese medicine prescription was used for hip bath and external washing, and the conventional nursing method was used for treatment, and the wart gradually fell off. The residual anal verrucous body was treated with liquid medicine wet compress and external washing. After 2.5 months of follow-up and reexamination, it was completely lost, and it was confirmed to be cured after 2 years of follow-up. The infection source of this patient is non-sexual contact, and the infection virus is HPV6, which is relatively frequent. There are no obvious side effects such as pain and edema that often occur in other treatments, and there are not too many complex nursing requirements. It is a desirable treatment method for children with condyloma acuminatum.
