If condyloma acuminatum is very itchy at night, you can consider using some traditional Chinese medicine lotion, local cleaning after mixing with warm water to relieve itching, commonly used including Jieeryin, Ganlin lotion, Phellodendron lotion, etc. These traditional Chinese medicines have the function of clearing heat and drying dampness, and can play a certain role in relieving itching. Condyloma acuminatum is a sexually transmitted disease caused by human papillomavirus infection, which is mainly manifested by verrucous neoplasms around the anus and external genitalia, usually painless and itchy. If the wart is relatively large or the local hygiene is not enough, some secretion on the surface or some local parasitic bacteria and fungi may cause local itching, this time you can use some traditional Chinese medicine to clean.
If you do have an infection, you can use some antibacterial ointments, such as antibacterial Bactroban, Fusidic acid, and antifungal Meike cream for topical use. If the itching is severe at that time, you can also consider oral anti-allergic drugs, such as ebastine, cetirizine and other itching, and pay attention to light diet at ordinary times, do not eat spicy food, so as not to aggravate local itching. Local warts should also strengthen the cleaning of the skin before and after treatment, otherwise it is easy to cause local itching.

Nanjing Youjia Viral Verruca Medical Research Institute published a research paper in the Academic Journal of Chinese Sexology 2021: a case report
of a new external washing therapy for condyloma acuminatum in children
[Abstract] The incidence of condyloma acuminatum in children is on the rise. This study introduces an attempt to treat condyloma acuminatum in children by external washing with patented traditional Chinese medicine. The patient was a 4-year-old patient with perianal condyloma acuminatum. Syphilis and HIV infection were excluded. Human papillomavirus 6 (HPV 6) infection was positive. Pathological examination confirmed that it was consistent with the changes of condyloma acuminatum. The traditional Chinese medicine prescription was used for hip bath and routine nursing, and the wart gradually fell off. The residual anal verrucous body was treated with liquid medicine wet compress and external washing. After 2.5 months of follow-up and reexamination, it was completely lost, and it was confirmed to be cured after 2 years of follow-up. The infection source of this patient is non-sexual contact, and the infection virus is HPV6, which is relatively frequent. There are no obvious side effects such as pain and edema that often occur in other treatments, and there are not too many complex nursing requirements. It is a desirable treatment method for children with condyloma acuminatum.
