Breast ulceration is breast cancer.

How did the hard block turn into breast cancer?Didn’t you say that a chest hard piece could be a benign knot? How can it become a malignant tumor? Indeed, touch can detect a hard piece, but we don’t have the experience of identifying its pathology. The hard pieces of the patient’s body were initially pain-free, which led to the patient being taken lightly and misconstrued as a result of labour. It is hoped that it will be eased through rest, either out of busyness or in the face of disease. During this period, however, the hard-walls have gradually grown, but they still do not attract the attention of the patients. When tumours begin to attack the skin, the skin is red, hard and dented, showing a change in orange skin, and the patient is aware of the change but is still not treated. The final tumour continues to deteriorate, highlighting the decomposition of the skin and creating an open ulcer. It is only when the ulcer is susceptible to infection, septs and stench, which further exacerbates the condition, that the patient becomes aware of the seriousness of the problem. But it’s already late for breast cancer. Why would breast cancer cause ulceration? As mentioned earlier, ulceration of the chest is usually a serious complication at an advanced stage of the condition, and the following factors may exist:The most immediate is the tumour infestation, which destroys normal skin structures when breast cancer cells spread to skin and subcutaneous tissue, leading to ulceration symptoms in the skin. Patients who are unaware of the cause of the phenomenon and of the correct treatment are likely to be in a state of emergency and to opt for skin-skin flats to be painted. It’s not a joke, it’s a clinical case. How can Ping be treated for breast cancer? He can only miss the time to treat his roots earlier. Obsolete wounds are susceptible to bacterial infection, which leads to a step-by-step increase in the condition, leading to the development of the wound into an open, unhealed, pulsive, and possibly accompanied by seepage or haemorrhage. Second, when tumour cells grow in the body, they also swell, while swelling tumours crush the blood vessels, affect local blood cycles, and lead to ulceration due to a lack of oxygen and malnutrition in the skin or tissue. There is also an ulceration resulting from the evolution of skin damage caused by chemotherapy.Prevention and treatmentWe’re going to find that, whatever the cause of ulceration, the symptoms don’t come at once. In the process of worsening the symptoms, the severity of the disease will gradually appear on the skin of the patient … from the initial red and swollen fever to the increased pain and, finally, the red and purple and ulcer of the skin. Early detection and treatment are therefore key to preventing breast cancer from developing into chest ulceration. Women friends can conduct a breast self-examination once a month to find out if they have a hard piece or other abnormal change in their breasts. Self-censorship should preferably be avoided in order to avoid the impact of normal swelling or sensitivity during the physiology period on judgement. It is advisable for women over 30 years of age to have an annual mammogram, and for women 40 years of age to have an annual mammography X-ray (mammogram). There are also high-risk groups, such as the family history of breast cancer, who should be screened more frequently or earlier, as recommended by doctors. If ulceration symptoms are found and there is no fear, we need to do the three dimensions of wound care, infection control and pain management, to contain ulceration and help to recover. In day-to-day care, the ulcers need to be cleaned with sterile saline or specialized disinfectant (e.g. chlorine) to remove dead tissues and secretions. Upon completion of the cleaning, and depending on the condition of the wound, the applicable sterile dressing is selected to cover the wound and to promote a more integrated prevention of infection. Regular replacements should also be made and the wounds kept clean and dry. If there are signs of infection (e.g. edema, heat pain, sept) after the above steps of care, antibiotics should be used. The lower level allows for local application of antibiotic ointment and, if the weight is greater, requires oral or intravenous antibiotics as recommended by the doctor. The ulceration of the chest is not a terrible thing. It is a terrible thing that patients neglect and delay their own health, so that treatment is not sought until it is severe, and that early intervention allows us to have less ill health.References:[1] Liu Sang-sang; The efficacy of Zhonghua Tutu-Zhui’s single anti-synthesis treatment of late-stage breast cancer patients [J].
