Don’t let the late-night “snatch” friends’ health.

For ordinary people, they occasionally spend the night chasing and brushing their cell phones, and the next day they turn up with two black eyes, and they do nothing. But if diabetics join the night army, the trouble is like snowball, it’s getting bigger. The human body is like a precise clock, and it should do the same at the moment. At night, when sleeping, organs of the body should have entered a “maintenance” mode, including pancreas. Insulin is a “small factory” for the production of insulin, and insulin opens the cell door and allows the glucose in the blood to enter the cell and keep the body working. Insulin cells are more tiring when they don’t work well and stay up late. Insulin is infested, and the blood sugar is on a roller coaster. At night, the body’s hormonals come to “hot.” These hormones, cortex, adrenaline, are honest, and at night, they are distributed in large quantities, with the intention of awakening our minds and holding us through the long night, with no side effects. They are resistant to insulin, preventing the cell from receiving glucose, and the blood sugar is high. Over time, diabetes has increased and complications have begun to take root in the body. Staying up all night will also bring down sugar friends’ immunity. The immune system is like a “guardian” who protects his body, “sits on guard” during the day, and should have slept in the night and strengthened his fighting power. But all night long, the guards are so tired, the disease, the virus and the invasion. Sugar friends are weak in their own resistance, with cold, pneumonia and other infectious diseases entwined, their bodies damaged and their blood sugar less controlled. Moreover, the next day after the late night, sugar friends are often in poor spirits and appetite. I was thinking of dealing with two of them, but when I was unconscious, hormonal imbalances and absortities were confused, and when I was not careful, I drank. Much more and the sugar goes up “deeply”; little, no nutrition to keep up, weak and volatile. And it’s worse when there’s no rest, when people are lazy, when there’s no sport, when there’s less sugar. Nighttime, though tempting, is the best gift to your body to sleep on time. Put your cell phone far away before you go to sleep, make a foot, read a few pages and lie in bed early. Insulin cells are safe, “work”, stress hormones are safe, the immune system is fully “on guard”, sugar is steady, health is in its hands, and all the bad things that stay up late say goodbye!
