It’s an allergy.

During pollen springs and dry autumns, a group of people who are “drived” by their noses, frequent nostrils, sneezes and snots cannot stop, are allergies. According to statistics, the prevalence of allergies in our country stands at 17.6 per cent, which means that more than 200 million people are suffering from them, affecting not only the quality of life, but also causing serious diseases such as asthma in the long term. Knowledge of the path to prevention is key to regaining the right to air and air.

Knowing each other: the cause of allergies. When non-hazardous substances such as pollen, dust mites, animal skin crumbs, fungus scavengers are infested with the nasal cavity, the immune system is mistaken for the enemy, the immune response is activated, and inflammation media such as ammonium are released, resulting in a bloated, swollen, and burgeoning of the fungus.

Genetic factors such as a “time bomb” have increased the probability of allergies if the family has a sensitive history; environmental degradation has become an “accompaniment”; haze particles and formaldehyde have stimulated the nasal cavity; and lifestyle changes have resulted in long-term residentialization, the misuse of antibiotics to weaken the immune line and make the nose more vulnerable.

See: Symptoms are identified: typical symptoms are sneezes in the morning and sneezes in the morning, three or five, and more than a dozen, with tears in the eyes and dizziness; nose plugs like cotton, which are light and heavy, can only breathe in the mouth, dry tongues and sleep disorders in severe cases; water slugs flow like “out of control”, with frequent nostrils snout red and skins removed; nose itching is too difficult to bear, as little insects crawling through their nasal cavities, slitting their noses and incomprehensible, and may be accompanied by itching and itching.

Multi-pronged: A cure.

Insisting from allergies — “physical defence” — pollen seasons, coatings, go-backs for laundry, rinsing of nasal cavities in a timely manner, spraying with physio-saline water, 2-3 times a day, flushing with adhesives; indoor cleaning, wet ash, cleaning of bed sheets at least once a week, 55°C hot water to kill dust mites; pet hair sensitizers, stinging or giving pets “snails” outdoors, bathing; humidity protection, frequent ventilation, cleaning of corner fungus with a wetter.

The diet follows the principle of anti-inflammation, multi-vegetative fruit, whole grains, small spicy, greasy, processed foods, such as broccoli and oranges with vitamin C, stabilizes the cellular membranes and reduces allergies; regular sports, jogging, yoga 3 – 4 times a week, 30 minutes a week, stimulates the vibrancy of the immune cell; adequate sleep is “natural supplementation”, 7 – 8 hours a night, allowing for “rehabilitation” of the immune system; stress is “perception catalyst”, meditation, deep breath and abating to balance immunization.

Drug treatment – Symptoms Quetzal. Anti-ballamine drugs, such as chlororetardium, West Toritriazine, can disrupt the effects of histamine, quickly sneeze, nasal itch, mostly oral, once a day; nosalgesy hormonals, such as molybdenum acid snort spray, strong resistance, low side effects, and early and late snorts, as prescribed by the doctor; and diabolicals, such as ephedrine drops, short-term use of nose plugs, not exceeding seven days and drug-resistant nasal infestation. Symptoms persist or are aggravated, subject to joint medical prescriptions and adjustment programmes.

De-sensitization treatment – “basket draw” is optional if it is clear that a single allergy is not working well. Injecting under the skin or under the tongue contains an allergy to allergies, with a small and increasing dose, allowing the immune system to “reaware” the allergy and de-sensitization. Long-term treatment takes 3-5 years, but some patients receive long-term relief or even treatment.

Persistence: daily care points Nasal cavity shampoo is neglected, except for daily saline spray, which can be used as a saline washer in serious cases, with a description of saline and routine operation; massages of fragrances, with fingertips rubbing in the abdomen for 1-2 minutes per day and at night, so as to improve communication and ease nostrils; and observation of changes in the weather, cooling, winding up, reducing outburstsing and cooling the air.

Allergies, though difficult, are not incomprehensible. From the details of their lives, the doctors and the doctors work together to keep the line “to prevent” “to cure”, to tame the “minor emotions” of their noses, to re-breath with freedom and to make every air sweet and smooth.
