A small-scale clinical study of infants and young children treated for vascular tumours in Plull showed the following results at 2 mg/kg daily doses, two and three times a day:
2nd group
Efficiency 94.7 per cent, cure rate 73.7 per cent; incidence of adverse effects 10.5 per cent.
Group 3
Efficiency 94.4 per cent, cure rate 72.2 per cent; incidence of adverse effects 11.1 per cent.
Conclusion: The efficacy and safety of the oral 2 mg/kg dose per day, with two or three doses, is closer.
