Life is in motion.
Life is in motion. Can the movement reduce the incidence of breast cancer? Sport is one of the best ways to improve our overall immunity. The report of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) indicates that approximately one quarter of cancer cases worldwide are caused by obesity and the habit of sitting there. Sport can indeed reduce the risk of a certain cancer. Studies have shown that the risk of breast cancer among women who insist on sports can be reduced by 20 per cent. We have researchers who have found that physical activity can reduce the risk of breast cancer by reducing fat, and that estrogens are also significantly reduced, with a significant increase in the combination of sex hormones. The role of the movement in the protection of breast cancer appears to be more evident among post-menopausal women. A study that analysed data on 130,000 women found that high levels of activity could reduce the risk of breast cancer by 41 per cent. On the contrary, prolonged sit-in increases our risk of triple-negative breast cancer by 104 per cent in order to prevent cancer effectively. The World Health Organization (WHO) has a physical activity and sit-ins, recommending medium-to-intensity sports of at least 150 to 300 minutes per week, or 75 to 150 minutes. Sports take place 30-60 minutes per day on working days. For us to hit workers, it may be too late to get home from work every day, which makes it difficult to get out of time. So what kind of sport works? There is a total of 15-20 minutes of intense activity per week, which refers to a movement that can significantly improve CPR resilience. Our lives include swimming, basketball, aerobics, even carrying heavy loads and climbing stairs, etc., which can count as intense sports. Then this intense movement, if it reaches two minutes a day, can reduce the risk of and mortality from cardiovascular disease and cancer. As the weekly period of intense activity continues to increase, the benefits of our health will also rise, in other words, by taking two minutes of intense sport per day, which can continue to work. Life is in motion, let’s move together.
