In our daily lives, we may all have experienced the tingling of our skins, followed by red, swollen wind, like a ghost. This is the maastro, a skin puzzle with a common crisis. Measles, known in the medical field as rubella, tend to be rapid and intense, often unexpected, and lead to a period of indescribable itching and suffering. The purpose of this paper is to explore the root causes, manifestations, treatment and prevention of measles, with a view to resonating with a wide audience and thinking and building our skin-health line. Measles: An “unforeseen visitor” on the skin has a complex and, in most cases, closely related to allergies. When the human body meets certain allergies, such as seafood, mangoes, nuts, penicillin, sulfamide in drugs, inhaled pollen, dust mites, contact with animal fur, specific plants, or cold-hot alternations with physical factors, solar light exposure, the immune system is over-deep and releases inflammated media such as ammonium. These media act on skin vessels, which contribute to angiogenesis, increased permeability, blood and water seep into skin tissue, forming a red, red, itching wind mass, like an “unforeseen visitor” on the skin. It is noteworthy that measles is not entirely caused by external factors, such as viral infection, bacterial infection, fungi infection, stress, and self-immuno-immuno-diseases, which can also become their “backers”. As a result, the “fall” of measles is often elusive and difficult to prevent. Symptoms vary from human to human. Its main manifestation is the sudden emergence of different sizes of wind on the skin, which may exist alone or may be integrated with one another, with clear borders, red woozy around it, and severe itching. While the windstorms usually disperse on their own within 24 hours, the new windstorms may follow and repeat themselves, causing suffering. In addition to the skin “winds and clouds”, some patients may suffer from all-body symptoms, such as fever, headaches, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhoea and even more severe allergies, such as respiratory difficulties, edema to their throat (i.e. allergic shock). The emergence of these symptoms undoubtedly increases the urgency and risk of measles, requiring timely medical attention to avoid delays in treatment. III. Treatment: Together, we have to be sure that treatment is a top priority in the face of the measles attack. Treatment strategies typically cover the following aspects: 2. Drug treatment: The main reliance is on anti-amphetamine drugs, such as thitriazine, chlorrectam, etc., in order to mitigate itching and reduce the formation of wind groups. For patients with severe or repeated conditions, the use of such drugs as sugar cortex hormones and immunosuppressants may be considered. Emergency treatment measures, including epinephrine injections, infusions, etc., should be taken immediately to save lives for patients with systemic symptoms or allergies. 3. Treatment of illnesses: Treatment of specific symptoms, such as abdominal pain, diarrhoea, respiratory difficulties, etc., to alleviate the suffering of the patient. 4. Psychological intervention: Repeated measles outbreaks can lead to psychological problems such as anxiety, depression and, if necessary, psychological intervention and support to help people regain confidence and face challenges. Prevention: “Small details” of life, healthy intelligence Prevention of muscular measles needs to start from the nuances of life: 1. Watching the diet: Recording the dietary journal, recording in detail the diet before each occurrence, so as to detect potential allergies. Food that is known to be allergic should be strongly avoided so that it does not trigger the “switch” of the measles again. Cleaning: Regular clean-up of home environments to reduce the growth of allergies such as dust mites and fungus. The use of equipment such as air cleaners and dehumidifiers to keep indoor air clean and dry and to create a healthy “sea haven” for skin. Avoiding irritation: Avoiding excessive friction, crushing skin and reducing the use of irritant cosmetics, detergents, etc. Special attention should be paid to avoiding incentives such as cold and heat irritation and sunlight exposures for physical measles patients, so as not to “commension”. Strengthening the body: maintaining regularity, proper diet, strengthening physical exercise, improving physical immunity, building a solid “firewall” for the skin and reducing the incidence of measles. 5. Timely access to medical care: In the event of symptoms of measles, especially those associated with the whole body, immediate medical treatment should be provided, and no use of self-medicines should be taken in order to avoid misdiagnosed treatment and aggravating conditions. 5. Reflections and discussions: The health code behind measles, which is small, carries with it the complexity and sensitivity of the human immune system. Its recurrence not only affects the quality of life of patients, but can also be a “warning signal” for certain potential diseases. Thus, in the face of aphids, we should not just stop at the surface of itching treatment, but look into the “secret” behind it and address its root causes. At the same time, the prevention and treatment of measles reminds us that a healthy lifestyle is essential to maintaining skin health. Through a proper diet, a clean environment, proper exercise and a positive mindset, we can effectively reduce the incidence of measles and enjoy a more pleasant and comfortable life. Finally, it is hoped that this paper will draw the attention and attention of the general audience to the problem of measles and will explore more effective prevention and treatment strategies. Let us go hand in hand, to guard the health of every inch of our skin, to make beauty and health the “two wings” of our lives and to fly together in the happy sky.
