Myocardial infarction, also known as myocardial infarction, is the most severe type of coronary heart disease caused by a sharp reduction or interruption of the coronary artery blood supply, resulting in severe and persistent acute ischaemic death of the corresponding cardiac muscle. High lipid haemorrhagic disorders: fat metabolic anomalies in blood, such as total cholesterol, low-density lipid protein (LDL), increased levels of triester glycerine; decreased concentrations of high-density lipid protein (HDL) are closely related to coronary heart disease. Diabetes: Diabetes has been recognized as a risk such as coronary heart disease. Smoking: Smoking is one of the major risk factors for coronary heart disease. The Framingham study shows that the incidence of sudden death of coronary heart patients is 10 times higher among men than among non-smokers and 4.5 times higher among women. There is also synergy between hypertension, smoking and high cholesterol, which increases the risk of coronary heart disease 16 times. Fatty-sized: 85 cm for males and 80 cm for females. The ideal BMI is 18.5-24.0kg/mm. The BMI 24kg/m is overweight and over 25 is obese. 6. The diet lacks vegetables and fruits: fresh vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamins, minerals and cellulose, and should be consumed by no less than 500 grams per day.
