Breast cancer, like a sword hanging over women’s heads, is a serious threat to women’s health. In China, whether in urban or rural areas, more and more women suffer from breast cancer, but through active and effective preventive measure, the risk of morbidity can be reduced to a certain extent. First, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is key. Regular work and rest is the foundation, and adequate sleep is essential for the endocrine regulation of the body. Staying up late for a long time can disturb the biological clock and affect the balance of hormone secretion, and hormone imbalance is one of the important factors inducing breast cancer. Chinese women should try to ensure 7-8 hours of high-quality sleep every day to avoid the reversal of day and night life. Sports are also indispensable. Proper physical exercise can enhance physical fitness and immunity. It is recommended to do at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise every week, such as fast walking, jogging, swimming, etc. Exercise can help control weight, because obesity is also a risk factor for breast cancer, especially in postmenopausal women, abdominal fat accumulation can increase estrogen levels in the body, thus increasing the risk of disease. More attention should be paid to diet. Eat more fruits and vegetables, which are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. For example, broccoli, carrots, apples and so on, the nutrients in these foods help the body fight free radicals and reduce cell damage. Reduce the intake of high-fat and high-sugar foods, and eat less fried foods and desserts. At the same time, attention should be paid to the control of alcohol intake, excessive drinking can increase the risk of breast cancer, even a small amount of alcohol, there may be potential harm. Regular self-examination is of great significance for Chinese women to prevent breast cancer. Breast self-examination can be performed about a week after the end of menstruation every month. You can touch the breast to check for lumps, nipple discharge and other abnormalities. If you find abnormalities, do not panic, but seek medical treatment in time for further examination. In addition to self-examination, regular professional physical examination is also essential. For women at average risk, it is recommended to start breast screening at the age of 40 and perform breast ultrasound 1-2 times a year; for women with high risk factors such as family history of breast cancer, the time and frequency of the examination should be appropriately advanced and increased according to the doctor’s advice. For example, if an immediate family member has breast cancer, regular check-ups may need to start at the age of 30 or even earlier. The influence of psychological state on the body should not be underestimated. Chinese women often face family, work and other pressures in their lives, and long-term mental tension, anxiety, depression and other negative emotions will affect endocrine. To learn to regulate emotions, we can relieve pressure by listening to music, traveling and chatting with friends, maintain a good psychological state, and face life positively and optimistically. Breast cancer prevention is a long-term “defense war”. As long as Chinese women start from the dribs and drabs of life, develop healthy living habits, maintain a good mentality, and do a good job of regular checks, they can grasp the initiative in this battle and protect their breast health.
