In common respiratory infections, whooping cough is a “hard part” and once infected, the heart-cough can last for hundreds of days, leaving the whole family unsettled. Understanding it is the key to protecting family health.
Pertussis are caused by the Pertussis fungi, which is very contagious and is hidden in the sneezes of patients coughing and sneezing, scattered in the air, hidden in the air, and inhaled by healthy people with the fungus, which is very “massive”. It loves babies under the age of five, the child’s immune system is childish, the seemingly undefended urban pool, and the disease breaks as soon as it strikes. After the infection, the condition is often dangerous, and in severe cases it is difficult to breathe, with a small face that is so blue and even life-threatening.
At the time of the onset of the disease, pertussis were common flu, with hypothermia, aldicarb and cough symptoms that were easily ignored by parents. 1 – 2 weeks later, the cough is mutated into a “cough”. A series of sudden, severe coughs, with a bending back, red-faced face, coughing to the end of the mouth and inhaling, the sound of which is as sharp as a chicken, is a sign of whooping cough. A cough war lasts for several minutes, and the child coughs with exhaustion and coughs, both day and night, with severe effects on food, sleep and thinning.
After the coughing period, with a 2-3 week “recovering period”, the frequency and intensity of the cough is slowly reduced, but occasional “resistence” coughs are used to make a complete departure from the disease. The whole thing is done for two months and a hundred days, and the child suffers and the parents are worried.
Pertussi diagnosis is not easy. Doctors can also take a nasal swab to test the fungus, or check for antibodies in the blood, after careful examination of the symptoms and the onset of the disease. If the child coughs and routine treatment is fruitless, it must be reviewed and the pertussis “virtuous” must be recovered.
Prevention of whooping cough, the vaccine is “ace”. Our plan is to have a white-and-white vaccine in immunization and to build “safe walls” for children. Children are vaccinated from the age of 3 months, with 4 shots for the entire journey, and in a timely manner, they can provide antibody protection against disease. Parents should not neglect to plant and, if necessary, bring their children to replant.
In life, there’s no less protection. Few babies and young children go to densely populated and poorly ventilated places; in the flu season, both adults and children wear masks; there is frequent ventilation in the home, diluting the concentration of the disease; and adults wash their hands and change their clothes before they come into contact with the child and do not take the outside disease home. If a person in the family suffers from whooping cough, the patient wears a mask, lives alone in a room, and is sterilized with clothes and meals to prevent the whole family from “falling”.
Treatment of whooping cough, with emphasis on anti-bacterial, anti-cough and palliative symptoms. Doctors use antibiotics such as erythrin as an antibiotic in case of illness, and use it well at an early stage; coughs during cough periods are combined with mistified inhalation, air-stamping, and a reduction in cough; the child is unable to sleep well, is unable to eat, has adequate rehydration, nutritional support and maintains physical capacity. Care is also crucial, as parents are patiently accompanied, with children coughing on their backs and helping with the discharge of saps; food is adjusted to a diet that is easily digestible, well-nourished, half-streamed, less food, and a strong recovery of the child.
In the face of whooping cough, vigilance is the first line of defence. New parents must be aware of the disease and be careful when their children cough differently; pre-schools, schools, etc. should be given morning check-ups and disinfection, so that the disease can be “closed”; and the whole community should be informed about whooping cough, so that people can be prevented from their lives. Only family, health-care institutions, and society can work together to make whooping cough invisible, to keep children healthy and to make the smile-free instead of coughing.
