It is well known that vertical spinal disease is a disease that requires life-long management, with first-time pain in the lower waist and gills, which can be intermittent, and then evolves into continuous pain, which increases after long sittings and long standings and a slight relief after activity. When the condition progresses, the pain can spread to the thorax and cervical vertebrae. Ninety-five per cent of patients are clearly inelastic in the morning, medically referred to as “mornings”, usually lasting for hours, before moving slowly and with varying degrees of rigidity throughout the day when the condition is severe. As the condition evolves, the normal activities of the spinal column, such as bending, backsliding, turning the head, etc., become difficult, and may even end up with a straight, deformity of the spine, which seriously affects the quality of life. Some of the patients may have early symptoms of hypothermia, inactivity, wasting, diet, etc., or the related extrascientific behaviour; the symptoms of the exterior joint; the symptoms of the eye; the symptoms of the cardiovascular system, etc.
The following are some of the preventive measures against direct spinal disease:
I. In daily life:
1. Patients need to be in good shape: be on the stand or on the walk, be in the right position, avoid a back-down, long-term head-down, sleep as hard a bed as possible, choose a suitable pillow and maintain a normal physiological curve of the spine.
2. Moderate exercise: Regular aerobics, such as swimming, yoga, Tai Chi, etc., are good options that enhance muscle strength around the spine, maintain joint flexibility and reduce the risk of disease, while avoiding excessive physical damage.
3. Avoiding trauma: Be safe in day-to-day activities, work, and prevent trauma to the spinal cord, joints, etc., which can be one of the factors that induce the onset of direct spinal disease.
Environmental factors:
Temperature protection: To avoid being in a cold, damp environment for as long as possible, if the living or working environment is damp, care is taken to dehumidize, such as the use of dehumidifiers, and to keep clothing warm in cold weather.
Health management:
Regularity: It is generally recommended to sleep for 7-8 hours per day to ensure adequate sleep, to allow for adequate rest and to help maintain good physical and immune capacity.
2. Healthy diet: balanced diet, increased intake of nutrient-rich foods such as skinny meat, fish, fresh vegetables and fruits, low consumption of spicy, greasy, irritating foods, cessation of smoking and alcohol, and avoidance of obese to the spine and increased burden on the joints.
3. Periodic medical check-ups: periodic and comprehensive medical check-ups, with attention to its own spinal cord, joints and immunization-related indicators, and early intervention if abnormalities are detected.
4. Reasonable control of motor strength: For people with a direct spina column, the strength of the movement requires careful consideration. The strength and duration of the movement should be adjusted in the light of the physical response in order to avoid the exacerbation of arthritis and injuries.
5. Avoid a strong weight and maintain a position for a long time: patients with a direct spinal column should avoid a strong weight in order to reduce the risk of increased disease. At the same time, it should be avoided to maintain the same position for a long period of time, especially when sitting for a long period of time, and at least 10 minutes per hour.
III. Emotional aspects:
1. Patients should maintain a positive and optimistic attitude and alleviate the stress of life and work by listening to music, talking to friends, travelling, etc., and long-term stress may affect the immune system and increase the incidence of disease.
