Quick recognition in the brain: time to time, to protect life.

This acute cerebrovascular disease in the brain is a sudden “brainstorm” that disrupts the lives of patients and threatens even lives. However, rapid identification of symptoms and timely medical treatment are key in the run-up to the brain. Every second is likely to win patients more life and better expectations. The following is an introduction to a few simple and effective methods of rapid brain recognition.

I. FAST PRINCIPLE: EQUIPMENT FOR SUSTAINABLE CHECK

The FAST principles are a fast-track method of recognition among internationally widely applied and easily reminiscent minds. Among them, “F” represents Face (Face) and gives the patient a smile to see whether his face is symmetrical and, as a rule, both sides of the face should be consistent, which may be an important sign in the head if the side has a downside, especially the eye and mouth. For example, when a person smiles, the angle of the mouth of both sides should have been increased at the same level, but if the mouth of one side is clearly lower than the other side and is accompanied by a lax facial muscle, a high level of vigilance is required in the brain.

“A” is for Arm (arms) and the patient is requested to hold his arms up at the same time, for about 10 seconds, to observe whether the arms are evenly raised or whether there is a one-sided downfall or weakness. If the arm of one side is not properly lifted or is shaken or fallen during the lifting, it is likely that brain vascular pathologies affect the control of body movements. For example, when a patient tries to lift his arms, one arm falls as quickly as it loses its strength, while the other is able to lift relatively steadily, a dangerous warning.

“S” represents Speech, who repeats a simple phrase, such as “It’s a nice day today”, to see if it is clear and articulate. The brain is likely to cause damage to the language centre of the patient, in the form of ambiguity, difficulty in pronunciation, lack of content or total inability to speak. In cases where a patient repeats a speech by stuttering, saying the wrong words and not being able to express the sentence in its entirety, the possibility in his or her head should be considered.

“T” represents Time (time) and should any of the symptoms mentioned above be detected, the first-aid telephone must be called 120 to record the onset of the disease, and the patient must be taken to a nearby, treatable hospital as soon as possible. Time is the brain, and in the treatment of the brain, a delay of every minute can lead to a large number of brain cell deaths, increasing the degree of disability and even endangering life.

“Meteor stroke 120” device: an indigenous identification technique

On the basis of the FA principles, we have introduced a more country-specific “temporal 120” device. “1” looks at 1 face, i.e., looks at the face expression and symmetry of the patient, similar to the “Face” in the FAST principle, to make a preliminary determination by looking at anomalies such as the existence of a crooked face. “2” Checks for arms only, requiring patients to lift arms flat to see if one side is weak or unable to lift them, which is the same as the “Arm” assessment method. “0” (hearing) listens to the language and listens carefully to whether the patient is clear, fluent, and whether there are barriers to expression, corresponding to “Speech”. When you find out there’s an anomaly in these three, you have to call 120 at the same time and take them to the hospital. The mouthpiece is simple and easy to remember, allowing people to quickly screen their minds in their daily lives.

III. Other early warning signals: details that cannot be ignored

In addition to the main rapid identification methods described above, there are other symptoms that may also be early warning signals in the brain. The sudden appearance of dizziness, dizziness, a feeling that the surrounding objects are spinning or swaying themselves, may be a lack of blood in the brain or a cerebrovascular disease affecting the equilibrium system. Severe headaches, especially sudden onset and severe pain levels, with symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, may be caused by increased internal pressure as a result of haemorrhages from brain vessels. The sudden blurry of vision, immediate blackness or a retina may have affected the blood supply of the retina or optic nerve, which is closely related to the brain vessels. Physical numbness or weakness, in addition to one-sided symptoms of upper or lower limbs, may sometimes be the result of both sides of the limbs having a slight numbing or reduced power, which may also be the result of impaired brain neurotransmission circuits. In addition, the sudden emergence of mobility difficulties, unstable paces, the ease of tilting or falling on one side, as well as unknown cognitive disorders, sleep addictions and comas, should be highly suspicious of what happens in the brain.

The rapid identification method in the minds is an important tool in our daily lives to protect ourselves and the health of others. Both the FAST principle and the “moderate 120” device, as well as other early warning signals, help us to find clues in the brain and to act in a timely manner to buy valuable time for treatment. It was to be hoped that those methods would be borne in mind and that a rapid response would be made at a critical time, so that more people in the brain would receive timely and effective treatment and would reduce the incidence of disability and mortality in the brain.
