Satisfied and nourished: A diet for breast cancer patients
Every breast cancer patient expects to return to a healthy life. Scientific diets and moderate sports not only add points to treatment, but also contribute significantly to the quality of life. Let the body and the heart be better together and let us begin a healthy new life together.
The cancer guard at the table doesn’t know what to eat. Just remember “three or three.” More vitamin C-rich fruits, such as citrus, cherries and apples; more dark vegetables such as broccoli and spinach; and more good proteins such as beans and fish. Reduced consumption of high-fat foods such as animal internals, fat meat, barbeque, fried foods and sugary drinks and sweets. The diet is regular, and it is recommended that five snacks per day be replaced by three meals, each with an eight-square-sum meal, and that the fine chewing be healthier. Sport scares life with sunlight. Let’s start with a walk. It takes 30 minutes a day to breathe fresh air and slowly walk out of every healthy step. Friends who like to swim are more fortunate, and this sport is particularly suited to breast cancer patients. Swim, make the body light in the water. Yoga and Tai Chi are also good options, both to exercise and to relax. Specially recommended morning practice to keep the day alive. Remember, sport has to work hard. Just sweat a little. Don’t get tired.
A good mind every day of a happy life is a pusher to manage the body. Sleep for 7-8 hours per day to allow for adequate rest. During leisure time, you can try to put flowers and paint and develop an interest that makes you happy. Listen to light music, watch warm movies, talk to family and friends, participate in mutual rehabilitation groups and reap full warmth and strength.
Lifestyle changes seem simple, but require patience and perseverance. It would be useful to begin with a step-by-step development of healthy habits in the most interested area. I’m sure after a while, you’ll get unexpected surprises.
Remember, every now and then is a new beginning. Let us build healthy and happy lives with scientific attitudes. There’s always sunshine in life, there’s always hope for the future, you can do it.
