Silver Crumbs, a common chronic, relapse, inflammatory skin disease.
I. Causes
Genetic factors – Silver crumbs have certain genetic tendencies. If there are cases of silver crumbs in the family, the risk of disease among their relatives is relatively high. Studies have shown that multiple genetic locations are associated with the onset of silver crumbs, which may affect processes such as skin cell growth, fragmentation and immunisation.
Immunisation factor – The immune system plays a key role in the development of silver crumbs. In the case of silver crumb patients, immunocells, such as T-lymphocytes, are abnormally activated, releasing a variety of inflammatory factors, such as cancer cause of death – alpha, white-cell media – 17, etc. These inflammation factors can stimulate skin horny cell overproduction, leading to skin signs such as red spots, scabs, etc.
Environmental factors – Infection is one of the most common triggers. For example, upper-respiratory streptocycoccus infection may induce a drop of silver crumb. In addition, skin damage (e.g. scratching, sunburning, etc.), excessive stress, smoking, alcohol abuse, certain drugs, etc. can induce or exacerbate silver crumbs.
II. Symptoms
1. Skin expression – The typical silver crumb skin is scarred with a clear border, with multiple layers of silver white crumbs covered. Scratches can easily be scraped, and a light red, bright, translucent film can be seen after the screeching of the screech, referred to as a thin film phenomenon, and small haemorrhage points, known as spot haemorrhage (Auspitz). The skin damage of silver crumbs can occur in all parts of the body, often on the head, the side of the limb (e.g. elbow, knee), back, etc. The types of silver crumbs can be classified according to clinical performance as normal, sepsis, red skin and joints. – Normal silver crumbs are the most common, with a wide variety of skin-colored forms, which can be dripping, plaque, map form, etc. Silver crumbs of sepsis are manifested in a high-intensity, sterile puss on a red-stained basis, with all-body symptoms such as high heat. Silver chromosomes of red skin are characterized by a plethora of red, swollen, rinsed and crumbs, often associated with all-body symptoms such as fever and cold. Silver crumbs of joints can be accompanied by joints of pain, swelling and deformity, in addition to skin presentation.
2. Impact on life – Silver crumbs not only affect the appearance of the patient, but also have a serious impact on the quality of life of the patient. Skin itching affects the sleep and daily life of patients, who may have psychological problems such as low self-esteem, anxiety and fear of others ‘ different eyes. Socialization, work and learning may also be hampered to varying degrees.
Treatment
1. Out-of-source drug treatment – Sugar-coated hormonal is one of the most commonly used out-of-use drugs with anti-inflammation, allergies, etc., which can effectively reduce the inflammation response to skin damage. Vitamin D3 derivatives (e.g., kapor triol) are also often used for the treatment of silver crumbs, which regulate the separation of skin cells and reduce the generation of crumbs. In addition, there are external drugs such as tar oils and silhouettes. 2. System drug treatment – For persons with moderate-heavy silver crumbs, systematic drug treatment is available. Methamphetamine is a classic therapeutic drug that inhibits the growth of immune cells and mitigates inflammation. Via-A acids (e.g. Avi-A) have better effects on sepsis, red skin, and silver crumbs. Biological agents are emerging treatments in recent years, such as tumour cause of death – α-cracker, white cell inhaler – 17, which have the advantage of high target orientation, good therapeutic efficacy and relatively small side effects.
3. Physiotherapy – Phototherapy is a common physiotherapy method, including NB-UVB in the narrow spectrum, 308 nm quasi-molecular lasers, etc. Phototherapy can inhibit excessive growth in skin cells, mitigate inflammation and have better effects on normal silver crumbs. Silver crumbs is a disease that requires long-term management and patients should actively cooperate with doctors to maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to improve their quality of life.
