Spring cold battle, antibiotics.

Spring Cold War: Knowing one another, responding easily.

When spring comes, everything recovers, it’s a good season for children to go out and have fun, and then the cold comes in. It’s like a naughty little monster who comes to us from time to time to harass us with headaches, nose plugs, coughs and all that. But don’t worry, as long as we have the right approach, we can easily win this spring cold battle.

First, we need to know who the “enemy” of the spring flu is. Most of the cold in the spring is caused by viruses, and people like the nose virus and the coronary virus like to wander around this season. They’ll get in our breathing lanes without our attention, and then they’ll set camp inside and start messing up.

Once these viruses are invaded, our bodies will be activated as a trigger alert system. The immune system sends “soldiers”, or white cells, to fight the virus. At this point, we feel the heat of the body, which is actually inhibiting the growth of the virus by raising the body temperature, like a “high temperature disinfection” of the virus. At the same time, the nose starts to flow, as the body excretes the virus and the infected cells, as it does in the battleground.

And what are we going to do with this little monster? Many people may have their first reaction, but before taking them, we have to learn to distinguish between common flu and influenza. Common flu symptoms are light, and may be a bit of nose plugs, running snots, a little coughing, and the temperature is not particularly high, like little monsters scratching gently. The flu is not the same, and its symptoms tend to be severe, with high fever, sourness and inefficiency, as if it were surrounded by a bunch of big monsters. In the case of a common cold, it is not necessary to take too much medicine, but to drink more water and rest, so that the body’s own immune system can function. A glass of hot lemonade can be used to replenish both water and vitamin C, as well as to enhance immunity, as if it were to refuel the body’s “soldiers”.

But if it’s the flu, it’s important. It’s best to go to a doctor, who can prescribe some anti-virus drugs, like Ostave, which is like bringing a “superhero” to the body to deal with the flu virus.

And there’s another area where a lot of people take antibiotics when they catch a cold, which is a big mistake. Antibiotics are used against bacteria, and they do nothing to the virus, like cutting air with a knife. Moreover, the abuse of antibiotics can cause bacteria to become resistant, and it can become a problem to actually experience bacterial infections.

In addition to taking medication, we can mitigate cold symptoms through a few life tricks. For example, by washing their noses with physicosaline, they wash out viruses and secretions in their noses, so that their noses are smoother, like a clean-up. When sleeping at night, a wetter can be placed in the room, increasing the humidity of the air, so that our respiratory tracts can be more comfortable, as if there was a sudden rain in the dry desert.

In the spring season of high cold, we have to do something about prevention. Open the windows, let the fresh air in, get the virus out, like a big air break for the family. The simplest and most effective method of prevention is to wash your hands, to wash off all the viruses on your hands and to avoid their transmission through the mouth. Also, as few people as possible go to crowded places where there are more viruses, like a virus’s big gathering, which can easily be infected if they are not careful.

The spring cold, though abominable, can easily be overcome as long as we understand its characteristics and have the right response. In this great battle with the cold, we must believe in the strength of our bodies, use our medicines rationally, and protect ourselves from them, so that we may enjoy the good times alive in the spring!
