Stay away from dangerous behavior and guard insulin’s health.
Insulin functions play a very important role in the fight against diabetes. However, a lot of people don’t know that some routine behavior can seriously damage insulin function. Now, let’s just get to know these two things we don’t do to protect our insulin health.
Behaviour One: Long-term sugar and fat diet.
Food is everywhere in life, but many of it contains a lot of sugar and fat. Cakes, chocolates, fried foods, etc., which are delicious, but if they are consumed in large quantities over a long period of time, they can place a huge burden on insulin. When we’re eating too much sugar and fat, the body needs a lot of insulin to reduce blood sugar. Over time, the insulin cells will be overworked and the function will decline. Moreover, high sugar and fat diets can lead to obesity. Obesity is an important risk factor for sugary urine disease, which further increases the burden of insulin and aggravates insulin function. So, in order to protect insulin function, we need to stay away from high sugar and fat diets, eat extra foods, such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and so on, and control the intake of sugar and fat.
Behaviour II: Staying up all night.
In modern societies, it seems that it has become normal to stay up late. When we stay up late, the body’s biological bell will be broken and the endocrine system will be disturbed. Insulin’s operating mechanisms are affected, either by reducing the amount of insulin, or by disrupting the temporal rhythm of the insulin, so that the probability of diabetes increases. Worse still, it weakens our immune system and makes us more vulnerable to the challenges of disease. So we have to develop good habits. Every day you try to go to bed and get up at the same time. It is also necessary to rationalize work and life and avoid overwork.
Insulin function is severely impaired by two types of bad living behaviour, long-term high-fat diet and long-term stayover. We must move away from these two dangerous behaviours and develop a healthy lifestyle to protect our insulin health. Only then will it be possible to better prevent diseases such as diabetes and enjoy a healthy and better life.
