The Guardians of the Children’s Truth, the Anti-Noro: The Children’s Norovirus Prevention Program

In the “plaguings” of paediatric diseases, the virus is like a hidden and “simply” “devil” and frequent attacks on places where children gather, such as schools, kindergartens and so forth, causing parents to worry and headaches for teachers. It has the characteristics of speed of transmission, high infection, rapid variability and alarms for children ‘ s health protection. Understanding it and building firm barriers to prevention are essential to safeguard the healthy development of children.

I. KNOWING THE “NORMAL DAD”

It is a single-chained RNA virus with a small “ball” form. Multiple gene-types have been found, with different types “traffic” across the globe, changing and making it more difficult to control. It is cold, acid-resistant, survives several weeks in the outside environment, especially at low temperatures, is more resistant to common disinfectants than to other intestinal viruses, and conventional alcohol is difficult to control and provides “hotbeds” for transmission. When children become infected, there is an acute outbreak, and the “first hit” is the gastrointestinal tract. Disgusting, vomiting, which is often intense and frequent, is the first time that children of very young age may vomit and cannot control themselves. The diarrhea comes on the scene, and the shit comes in the form of rare water or egg soup, which varies from several to ten times a day, with severe “dehydration” due to frequent excretion, deep infestation of the child’s eyes, drying of his or her lips, and mental dehydration. It is also accompanied by abdominal abdominal pains, often strangulation for the umbilical week, which makes the child cry and strangulation; fever is also common, mostly in the middle and low heat, partly as low as 39°C, burning like a small fireplace in the body, and the whole person faints. The total length of the illness is between one and three days, and can last up to one week, during which the child is in a state of weakness and is disrupted in his or her normal life and studies.

“Tracking” is the path of transmission. Eating is the “moderate” of food contaminated with it, as if it were fresh vegetables and vegetables, and if it was planted and irrigated with contaminated water, the virus “sluggers” on it; seafood is prone to “rich” viruses in contaminated coastal areas, and children eat “mixed” when they do not come to the table with a familiar end. Unlicensed street vendors, poor food production and storage conditions, and poor hygiene, such as “in-house” food, such as the sale of safroles, unheated intestines, etc., in which children taste their mouths and the virus enters. Water “snatching”: if drinking water is contaminated and not purified, or if the water supply is old and broken into sewage, such as “mixing”, where the child is drinking and “settled” in the body; public swimming pools, water parks, etc., where water quality is poorly managed, water exchange and disinfection is irregular, where children play in the pool, the virus enters, especially during the high summer season, and such places become “high-hit areas”. Exposure to “diseases”: if children’s toys, tables and chairs are contaminated in kindergartens, schools, children’s toys, etc., are contaminated by sick children, a healthy child touches his or her eyes and touches his or her mouth, the virus is “fast-tracked” into his or her body; adults in the family go out and bring back the virus, contaminate door handles, remote controls, etc., the child is touched on a day-to-day basis, infected by accident, and the family tends to accumulate sexually transmitted diseases.

1. Life details are closed: daily diets are “hard-guarded”, foods are fresh, clean, fruit and vegetables are carefully washed, liquid water can be washed, salt water impregnated, surface impurities and potential viruses can be removed; seafood is cooked to boil, shellfish to shell open and shrimp meat is red to the point of “no place”. To urge the children to wash their hands and rub their hands with soap, running water and a seven-step wash. More than 20 seconds, hands, backs, fingers, etc., have been carefully cleaned up, before cooking, after touching public goods and washing hands, and “cleaning off” the virus. There is frequent ventilation at home at least 2 – 3 times a day for 30 minutes each to dilute the concentration of the virus; regular cleaning and disinfection, use of high-temperature evaporation or special disinfectants for children’s food sets, toys, etc., and elimination of “residual” viruses with chlorine disinfectants on the ground desktop. Strong control of the public environment: schools and kindergartens are the main protection “positions”. The morning check-ups were intensified, the teachers carefully examined the child ‘ s mental, facial and body temperature, and found abnormally timely isolation for medical screening; the classrooms were ventilated, cleaned, table and chair toys were disinfected on a daily basis, vomiting and excreta were covered with chlorine disinfectants, and clean up after 30 minutes in silence to avoid aerosol proliferation. The canteens strictly observe food hygiene, regulate the procurement and processing of food items, perform regular medical examinations, strictly wash and disinfect, and ensure that meals are “safe and secure”. Water quality management in public swimming pools and playgrounds is enhanced, water is exchanged, disinfectants are distributed, the child’s health is examined before admission, symptoms are banned and “clean soil” is created for the child. Upgrading the child’s “resistance line”: the nutritional balance of the diet is the basis, the fruit and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals, and the child’s immune system is “functioning”; quality proteins such as milk, eggs and the like are “brick-and-brick” for antibody synthesis, and grain staple foods are “suspension” with a reasonable mix of food. To encourage children to exercise outdoors, such as running, kicking, one to two hours a day, to bathe in the sun, to breathe fresh air, to enhance CPR function, to exercise muscle bones, and to stimulate the development of the immune system, including jumping ropes, prostheses, “activated combinations” of a strong body, which makes it difficult to “cap” the body. Adequate sleep is guaranteed, depending on age, for 12 – 14 hours for young children and 10 – 12 hours for primary school children, in a quiet and comfortable environment, with no excitement and regularity before sleeping, and with a good sense of well-being and resilience.

IV. RESPONSE TO “CLUSION”

If the child is unfortunately infected, don’t panic. Primary dehydration protection, small and repeated feeding of oral rehydration salts, control of consumption in terms of age weight, supplementing vomiting of diarrhoea with loss of moisture and electrolytics; after a severe suspension of one to two hours of vomiting, light and digestible foods such as rice congee, pasta, and half-drives are fed, moving to soft foods and avoiding greasy, cold, high-fibrous foods that add to the stomach burden. (b) To ensure that children are kept in isolation, in separate rooms, for the sole purpose of their living, and that vomiting and excreta are sterilised in a timely manner in order to prevent their transmission within the family; to observe closely the conditions, if they continue to be of high heat, very poor mental health, severe dehydration, blood, etc., to take them to a doctor, to be examined on a medical basis, to be treated in accordance with medical instructions, to be able to heal themselves, to provide careful care for the early recovery of the child and to return to a happy life.

The “hotness” of the Noose, but the fact that families, schools and societies work together to build a solid line of defence from all points of life, public health, nutritional exercise, etc., will make it possible for the virus to be “defunct” with its children, who will grow and smile in a healthy and secure atmosphere.
