You have low self-esteem and do not know who you are, and you would like to explain your feelings to others because you have always been neglected. 3. You’re good with people like your narcissistic parents. 4. You hide your anger and pain in the image of “good people” and “joke people”. 5. As adults, you are still pursuing the identity and love of the self-confident parents, and you are working to heal them. 6. You are now distant from your parents, pretending that you are okay, but deep down you feel abandoned and sad.
