The pulmonary knot suggests that the signs should be careful with lung cancer.

Pulmonary knots are small, limited, round-like stoves that appear in the lungs, which may be benign or malignant. When the pulmonary knot shows the following signs, care needs to be taken about the possibility of lung cancer:

I. Clinical performance

Cough, cough and cough: Patients with lung cancer may have cough and cough symptoms, especially when they have blood in them or in them.

2 Tired chest, short-temporal: as the tumor grows, it is likely to oppress or block the airways, leading to dystic, short-temporal symptoms.

Respiratory difficulty: When the tumor obstructs the aerobic tract or affects the normal function of the lung, there may be symptoms of respiratory difficulty.

Imaging

1 The edge of the knot is not smooth: in X-line or CT tests, if the edge of the pulmonary knot is not smooth, the foliage is altered or the stabbing is likely to indicate a malignant disease.

Bulk volume and density change: If the pulmonary condensity size is larger, the density is uneven and the actual composition exceeds 50 per cent, expressed as a mixed grinding glass linen, it may indicate a higher degree of malignity. In addition, a sudden and rapid increase in the number of knots was observed in the follow-up visits, as well as a need to be alert to the possibility of lung cancer.

3 Cervical traction: In video-testing, lung cancer may be detected if the pleural cord is held to form a pleural dent.

4 Angioplasm: Lung cancer may also be indicated if the blood vessels around the knot are increased, thickened and formed.

In the event of the symptoms described above and the signs of the examination, it is recommended that the examination be further improved and that the size of the swelling be clarified:

Pneumocular examination: The pathological variation of the knot can be directly observed through the bronchic lens and the extraction material is examined for pathological work. Lung cancer can be diagnosed if a pathological biopsy detects cancer of a cell or tissue.

2. PET-CT examination: PET-CT examination can assess the metabolic activity of the knot and, if it is high, may indicate a malignant pathology.

In any event, when the signs mentioned above appear at the Lung Festival, care needs to be taken about the possibility of lung cancer. It is recommended that further examinations and treatment be conducted in a timely manner in order to detect and treat lung cancer at an early stage. At the same time, maintaining good habits and mentalities is an important measure to prevent lung cancer.
