As 2024 approaches, a large wave of people must have been detected with high urine acid and gout. In fact, in ancient times it was “magic disease”, which, by definition, was the result of rich people, but it is now the second largest metabolic disease in the country after diabetes.
It’s been remembered that gout is “no, no, no,” but it’s also true that for the gout, dietary control is really important!
So let’s not talk today about Dr. Huang Yuen, say again about gout and how people with high urea eat.
High-ureic acid, gout.
What can’t I eat?
Seafood (less food)
The long-term consumption of high seafood is one of the risk factors for gout. Particularly during acute periods, there are sea products with crust, such as high-pretty shellfish, crabs and some fish, such as mackerel, carp, yellowfish, etc., which are absolutely not to be eaten.
Fish, lobsters, shrimps, crabs (except crabs) can normally be eaten in small quantities.
Precision carbohydrates (no food)
Hydrocarbons provide 50-60 per cent of total energy, and it is advisable to choose low-GI food.
All-food foods are encouraged to account for more than 30 per cent of the total daily staple, with full-day dietary fibre intake of 25-30g.
Inner (no eating), red meat (less eating)
All kinds of animal organs, including liver, kidney, pig brain, intestines, etc., are not eaten. Sour soup, seafood soup, etc.
Red meat of all kinds: beef, lamb, pork, etc., not eaten during the acute stroke. When a person suffering from arrhythmia is in a state of decomposition or hyperureaemia, the intake of red meat is contained within 50 grams of a day, but can eat some decorated white meat at appropriate rates.
A proper reduction in fat intake and weight loss
Fat itself prevents renal excretion of urea, and high fat diets can lead to obesity and metabolic disorders.
So, “meat” is selected with low fat content; it is usually controlled with cooking oils, vegetable oils of 20-30 g/day; and, for nuts such as peanuts, walnuts, melons, etc., they are not eaten much because they contain fat.
Bean products (appropriate)
Many people think that gouts cannot eat pulses, but they actually excrete with a soybeans.
In addition, pulses contain a wealth of beneficial substances such as proteins, dietary fibres and soybean isoketone, which reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease. Thus, tofu, soybean soybean and soybean products are duly eaten by the arrhythmia, but not dry beans.
Drinks, sweet drinks
Alcohol should be strictly prohibited in cases of acute arrhythmia, poor drug control or chronic arrhythmia.
It is well known that drinking increases the risk of arrhythmia, especially for beer, which is relatively low. It’s sorted as old wine > beer > regular yellow > white > red wine.
Before you drink, care is taken to look at the table of ingredients and not to drink “fruit syrup”, “white sugar”, “honey”.
Pain, high-urea acid.
What can I eat?
Drink more water.
Drinking more water every day and maintaining a water volume of 2000 – 3000 ml to increase the amount of urine and promote the excretion of urine acid. But remember, it’s light water, mineral water, not the old fire soup, not Coke, milk tea.
Eat fresh vegetables and fruit.
Vegetable fruits are rich in potassium, which can facilitate the discharge of urine acid from the kidneys.
• Adequate quantities of fresh vegetables, which should reach 500 grams or more per day;
• 250 grams per day for fruit consumption;
• One egg per day;
Milk, drinkable milk and dairy products, especially defaminable milk and low-heat yogurt, recommended 300 ml per day.
Finally, you remember three principles at least one: low diet, low (reduced) body weight, low salt, low fat diet, and more water.
