Silver crumbs, commonly known as oxen, are common chronic inflammatory skin diseases characterized by red spots in the skin, silver white crumbs and various levels of itching. People with moderate silver crumbs face more serious symptoms and more difficult treatments. While traditional drug treatment can, to some extent, alleviate the symptoms of silver crumb, in many cases it does not meet the treatment needs of patients with moderate severity. The reasons are analysed below in several ways.
The treatment of silver crumbs by traditional drugs is largely dependent on external and oral drugs. External drugs such as hormonal ointment, kerosene oil formulations, etc., have some effect on mild and moderate silver crumbs, but they tend to be difficult to penetrate into the deep skin and have limited effect on patients with moderate weight. Oral drugs, such as ammonium butterflies and cyclic acin, while abating symptoms, have greater side effects and are ineffective for some patients.
ii. Low cure rates. Silver crumbs is a chronic disease for which there is no cure. The treatment of traditional drugs aims to control symptoms and slow progress, but the cure rate is low. Persons with moderate-heavy silver crumbs often require long-term, if not life-long, treatment, which puts them under great psychological and physical stress.
(c) Traditional drugs, especially oral drugs, have greater side effects. For example, the long-term use of hormonal drugs can lead to adverse effects such as skin atrophy, cardiac expansion and severe side effects such as damage to liver and kidney function and bone marrow suppression. These side effects have forced many patients with moderate-heavy silver crumbs to face the dilemma of “doing no cure”.
There are large individual differences in the state, state and degree of tolerance of persons with silver crumbs. Traditional drug treatment often follows a “one-size-fits-all” model, making it difficult to meet the individual needs of patients. After treatment with traditional drugs, symptoms are not significantly improved or even aggravated.
Long treatment cycles. Longer treatment cycles for patients with moderate and severe silver crumbs and long-term use of traditional drugs. In this process, patients are prone to drug dependence, which leads to a gradual reduction in treatment effectiveness. In addition, long-term drug use can lead to drug resistance among patients, further increasing the difficulty of treatment.
Psychiatry effects. Traditional drug treatment does not address the underlying psychological problems of patients, leading to repeated cases and making treatment more difficult.
vii. Quality of life effects. Traditional drug treatment has had limited success in mitigating symptoms and is difficult to rehabilitate and work. Patients therefore urgently need more effective treatment. In the light of the above, there are many deficiencies in the treatment of moderate silver crumbs. With advances in medical science and technology, new treatments such as biological agents, phototherapy and so forth are gradually being applied to clinically, giving hope to persons with moderate-heavy silver crumbs. These treatments have the advantage of being effective, less reactive and more targeted, and better meet the treatment needs of moderately severe patients. However, new treatments are not yet widely available in the country and the cost of treatment is relatively high, with many patients still not benefiting. Therefore, improving the accessibility of new treatments and reducing the cost of treatment is an urgent problem in the area of silver crumb treatment in our country.
