What happened to abdominal pain after the exercise?

Physical exercise has considerable benefits for the body. There is no doubt about that. So sport is an important part of many lives. However, some women experienced small abdominal pain after the exercise. What’s going on? How can we avoid these?

Reason

No preparatory activities were carried out prior to the campaign. If they do not warm up and move directly, their veins are constricted, local oxygen is lacking and eventually abdominal convulsions are caused.

2. Food or large quantities of water have been eaten before the exercise. Sports can cause gastrointestinal discomfort in digestives, as evidenced by abdominal pain.

3. Abdominal pain caused by excessive exercise. Even people who exercise every day have their own limits. This is not a breakthrough for everyone, and if you feel uncomfortable, stop it immediately.

4 – Long-term inactivity and sudden movement. Even if it’s not much exercise, it can cause discomfort, such as abdominal pain.

5. The abdominal abdominal lesions were caused by intense exercise. This pain lasts for a long time and may increase. If it still hurts for a few days, go to the hospital and check it out. It’s safe.

How to avoid it?

A gradual movement. Sport cannot be pursued overnight, and the volume of sport increases gradually, starting with slow physical exercise. The campaign is preceded by a full warm-up campaign.

2. No post-eating exercise. Food should be reasonably scheduled, without any exercise immediately after the meal, or without a stomach. It is only after 1 to 2 hours of regular meals that they can participate in intense sports. In the case of pre-dinner exercise, some sugared food is also required for half an hour before the exercise to ensure that the body’s energy is sufficient.

3. Water recharge in sports. In cases of excessive loss of water in the exercise, timely resupply of water and salt is required to avoid abdominal spasm due to severe loss of moisture and salinity.
