Winter Nasal War.

Winter allergies: Winter Wars of the Nose

When winter arrives, for all of us all, the nose is like a super-sensitive alarm, and from time to time it rings the alarm. Why is this allergy nasal in winter?

First of all, the cold air in winter is like a bunch of naughty little devils who drill straight into their noses. When they irritate their nasal mucous membranes, their veins shrink, and the originally strong nasal defense castle becomes fragile at once, and allergies look at the opportunity and begin to invade. With the heat like a roller coaster inside and out, our noses go up and down in the cold, sweaty, chilly and chirping. And then, dry air is like a big bad guy, drying his nasal mucus, and it’s like an allergy.

How do we fight this annoying nasalitis? The key first step is to find out who’s the “back-up” behind the nose, which is the allergies. They’re always hiding behind us. Like the dust mites, the little guy likes to hide in the bed and the couch. We’re gonna have to change regularly and clean up these places with the mites, and we’re gonna have to pull out all the bedding, curtains and everything with hot water, “torture” to keep the mites out of shape. If you are allergic to fungus, you have to dry up the home, the bathroom, the kitchen, where the water is easy to accumulate, and you have to be vigilant not to give the fungus a chance to grow. Friends who have fury pets and who are allergic to skin creams themselves have to think about their patterns of living with the pets, either by slashing them or by bathing them, fructting them, and reducing the “freezing” of the skins.

When we go out, our noses will be armed. The mask is the “heating shield” of the nose, and it’s a soft and tight one, like N95 or a medical surgical mask, and it’s good to keep the cold air, dust and sneaky allergies out. The nasal spray must also be carried, as in the case of the “wetted spray” for the nose. Physical seawater nasal spray can be a good thing, with a “moisture-enhancement” of the nasal mucous membrane, before going out or going into the cold environment.

Back home, you can’t relax. The humidifier has to be arranged so that the dry air becomes wet, but don’t forget to give it a regular “bath bath”, otherwise it will become a “bacterware” of bacteria and fungus. The indoor temperature has to be right, so the nose can’t be in the “Arctic” for a while, in the “Equator” for a little while. Air cleaners can also be our allergies, which can filter out all the allergies, dust and pollutants in the air so that we can breathe at home.

Of course, their own resistance has to be strengthened. Don’t turn into a sofa potato because it’s cold in the winter. The indoor exercise of yoga, jump ropes and gymnastics is appropriate, with several per week, more than half an hour per week, so that the blood cycle of the body can rise like a happy river and the immunity will naturally increase. The diet, too, is more like citrus fruit, nuts, green leaf vegetables, which are vitamin C, vitamin E, which are like “energy stones” for upgrading the body’s immune system, making it more resistant to allergies.

Don’t panic if it’s still a sinus. Anti-amphetamine drugs are like “allergies firefighters” that can quickly put out sneezes, sneezes, snots and “flammers”, which are commonly used as “fire extinguishers”. A sugar-coated hormonal spray is like a “nasal cavity anti-inflammator” that reduces nasal inflammation and reduces nasal plugs. But remember, these drugs have to be used by the doctors, and they can’t be played by themselves. If the symptoms are too serious and the drugs are too difficult to handle, then we have to go to the hospital and get a professional doctor to do an allergy test, which might open the way to “upgrading ecstasy.”

In any case, winter allergies, though a little annoying, will minimize their impact on our lives if we pay more attention and work side by side with our noses, so that we can enjoy the good times of winter and not be overwhelmed by this little monster!
